The down town area is good too, although it does take a little extra marketing effort, as much of that is a game of “who knows, who” thus Chamber Membership, Rotary Club, etc, does help, but with some smart networking, its all good. Biggest issue is always labor, traffic and proper scheduling, oh and weather too.
