There were always various types and styles of cars in the market and hundreds of them came in and went out of it every now and then. But one that remains with pride and honor, perhaps with the greatest of dignity and huge popularity is the Volkswagen Beetle. The Beetle as some say has actually been reigning for seventy long years and certainly the best is yet to come. Rarely any car manufacturer has that prestige to claim a success of such a degree, which Beetle has achieved.

If you are going to start your own company, home based business, a storefront or any other business venture then you should be very careful of a big concern, and that is the area of charge backs.

A chargeback happens when the person buying your products or service decides to tell the credit card company they did not receive the goods. In some cases, this is accurate and it happens. The big concern is false charge backs, or bad money.

See a false chargeback happens when the products are received and then that still claim they never got it. This is unfortunately quite common place in some industries, in particular online sales.

I recently took delivery of my new car, a Honda Civic Hybrid, and was pleasantly surprised to find that it drove like a 2ltr car but in reality only had a 1300 cc engine.

For the uninitiated a hybrid car has a small engine and an electric motor in series. The gearbox is a CVT (continuously variable transmission) so no automatic gear changes are perceptible. In normal motoring the car uses the small engine; when you need more power, the electric motor assists the engine and conversely when less power is needed the car charges the batteries, equally when braking the energy is directed to the batteries as well.

When selling a business, the seller will naturally try to increase the company’s value and reduce its post closing risks or losses. These need to be accomplished, of course, without causing any disruption to current operations. Before putting the business up for sale, the seller must first identify areas of concern. This way the seller will be well-prepared to deal with term sheets and letters of intent, negotiating the terms of the sale, and addressing the issues that may arise during the sales transaction. If a seller fails to address pre-sale planning considerations, it is very likely that the outcome will be unsuccessful.

From the Wisdom Vault…

The Coach with the Best Inner Game Wins!

Why do some coaches fill their practice with ideal clients in a few months, while others may take years? I’ve been studying this a long time. And, rarely is the answer what you might think.

- It’s not that they are more skillful coaches.

- It’s not that they have more experience in marketing or know all the right people.

- It’s not that they have a slick website or say the perfect words to prospects.

- It’s not even the niche market they’ve chosen.

I’ve had it! After 19 years in the business, I’m tired of the lies, the misrepresentations, half-truths and down-right mean people. “Life is too short!” No, I’m not simply talking about the clients and potential clients who have assured me of their “clean driving record” or the “I’ve never had an accident” claims.

The distortions come directly from my industry as well: Credit-scoring has been a fiasco that very few companies will discuss. Insurance companies have been sold a bill of goods by third-party credit agencies, and bought the fish store, hook-link-and sinker. Many companies are more concerned about the bottom line than their clients. Fortunately for all of us, the trend for using credit scoring is slowly eroding - it’s costing the companies a ton of money - and they’re not seeing the profit results they were promised.

When it comes to buying your car insurance without a doubt the cheapest deals can be found online, this is simply due to the fact that companies who sell car insurance online don’t have the overheads that high street companies do or have to have large amounts of staff and so can pass these savings onto you by offering cheaper premiums and incentives.

Installing your own auto parts is a lot like baking a cake. It isn’t necessarily difficult, but is nearly impossible if you don’t have the right recipe and ingredients. Equipping yourself with the right tools and parts is crucial for a quality outcome. I’m not saying you shouldn’t improvise, but don’t think you can trust a bolt that you hand tightened because you don’t have the right socket size. Let’s face it; labor isn’t cheap and sometimes the factory-provided directions just don’t cut it. So here are a few tips to walk you through your installation process.

Pre-Installation Tips:

Local car auctions are generally restricted to a particular locality and hence are usually a lot smaller than the national car auctions. In fact, local car auctions are the best place to find the car you so fancy on. These auctions indeed find you the best bargain for cars. Though the number of cars displayed and advertised is not too large in number, they never go on to tarnishing your hopes for finding the car. And if you have any specification about the car you want to buy, local car auctions are the place to buy them from. The reason is that there is reduced competition with the increasing level of specification. So your chances of getting a better deal keep getting better.
