Spicy Garlic And Chili Prawn

The common denominator with these easy fish recipes is taste. A fish chili recipe is great tasting food and easy to prepare. This recipe is lightly fried prawns in a hot and spicy sauce. Garnish with lemon wedges, sesame seeds, and cilantro. You can add more hot sauce if you want it spicier. If you can’t find these ingredients at your local grocery store, I can assure you that you can find them at a Chinese or Indian grocery store!

Applying Chocolate Moderation Within Your Diet, Awww - Do I Really Have To

We don’t think about chocolate moderation when we’re feeling low, sad, angry, or just plain upset. I know that I certainly don’t!

Despite the fact that chocolate is very appealing, a feel-good antidote, can help relieve stress for certain individuals, and is a comfort food, it still contains a lot of calories.

Of course, the amount of sugar that chocolate contains depends on the cocoa percentage of the chocolate. But whether it contains 75% of cocoa powder or none at all, chocolate is still a high-calorie food. (One of the main reasons why it should be eaten in moderation.)

Gas Barbecues - Real Taste With Less Exhaustion

Barbecue is a slow process of cooking in a low temperature that is about 300-400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 8 to 18 hours. The low temperature creates smoke and it gives barbecue the characteristic flavor. Normally the food to be cooked is kept in a separate chamber not in contact with the source of heat. To produce the smoke charcoal, wood-chunks or smoldering logs will be used.

Healthy Salad Dressings - Delicious Homemade Salad Dressings

Choose light, healthy salad dressings to enhance your summer salads. Try these healthier homemade alternatives to the traditional vinaigrette dressing.

A salad simply isn’t a salad without some dressing - but how can you avoid dousing the whole lot in high-fat dressing, thus ruining any attempt at healthy eating?

Home-made dressings are always a better bet than mass-produced, because you can control exactly what’s in them. Many bottled dressings are very highly sweetened, and contain a hefty portion of additives. Keep your dressings pure and simple by making them yourself - they’ll taste better, too.

Heirloom Recipes At The Heart Of A Family Restaurant

Myrtle Beach is lucky the Toniolo family picked our area for the second location of their Italian restaurant called Stefano’s Cucina Rustica. They’ve owned the first location of the same name in Florence for 19 years.

The owners are Steve and Anna Toniolo, and their 23-year-old son, Steve, is the general manager of the new eatery, which is in Carolina Forest. Steve is a recent college grad with a business degree.

Stefano’s has a warm décor rich with colors of a Tuscan sunset: umber, sienna, misty green. Low metal ceiling fans and lights have a terra cotta hue, and arches that peek into the kitchen lend an old-world air. Classic Italian music plays, and it was the first time I heard “Volare” in Italian.
