The title of this Article … is a really good question.  Actually, it is an extremely good question.  In fact, the only thing better than it is … the answer.

I never took much of a liking to squats as a teenager. Actually I hated them. Sure I did them, but at the same time I dreaded them. I followed the techniques I read about in the bodybuilding magazines, with the foam-padded bar high up on your neck and feet close together with your heels on a 2″ board. I felt really uncomfortable doing these and they hurt my knees. But since they were supposed to be of such tremendous benefit and all, I did the stupid things anyway cursing the whole time.

Staying hydrated is important when you exercise. More than 75 percent of your body is made up of water. When you do not drink enough water, your blood does not flow properly and your digestive track do not run smoothly.

Many dieticians have been recommending that we should be drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day and 9 to 13 if you exercise. Here is where that number comes from:

  • You typically lose about 10 cups of water per day
  • 2 cups to sweating and evaporation,
  • 2 cups to breathing, and
  • 6 cups to waste removal.

You can replace up to 2 cups through the water in the foods you eat, but you have to make up the remaining 8 cups by drinking fluids, water being the best choice.

Getting the facts straight in life is something that more people should start thinking about doing whenever they get the opportunity. Too much time is passing, with you just sitting there, feeling sorry for yourself. Pick up all of the pieces in your life that seem to have crumbled throughout the years, stand up straight, shoulders back, chest out and suck it up, stop pitying yourself and your miserable life and start knowing what truly is important to you, before everyone around you is gone and it is too late. Figuring things out later on in life is ok, at least you figured it out, but having the ability to figure some things about earlier on in your life, will definitely be something that works out much better. Get your life in order. Sit down and try to write down a list of things that you hate about yourself, then take the time out to write down a list of things that you like/love about yourself. Look at that list really closely for a moment or two and spend the rest of your day just trying to take it all in, so that you can start figuring some things out for yourself sooner rather than later. Cellulite is not a medical condition that is going to kill you, it is not a disease, it is really nothing for you to be overly concerned about.
