Acne is a skin condition that over 80% of people have to endure at some point in their lives. Acne is most prominent in the troublesome teenage years. It appears at a time when teenagers are just discovering their sexuality and the opposite sex. They want to appear like grown ups but their efforts are thwarted by unwanted pimples and zits in their face. Acne is the formation of blackheads, whiteheads, spots and cysts on the face, neck, back, chest and upper arms. If this dermatological condition of acne is not treated, it can lead to severe and permanent scarring. Scarring by pimples can lead to lack of confidence in most people.

Very few people use Tahini - a ground sesame seeds - although it is available practically everywhere. Tahini seeds are inexpensive, they can survive longer and can be best stored in domestic refrigerators.

If you are from a Middle Eastern family, I’m pretty confident that you know what Tahini is. Just a little dash of it will make any Middle Eastern dish awesome.

Tahini is a bit tricky to use. When it is mixed with other ingredients, it thickens really fast. If you are cooking Tahini paste after mixing, you will have a really hard time stirring it.

The Superbowl by definition leads to massive parties either at home or at a friend’s home. Whether you’re hosting a party or bringing food along to someone else’s, here are a few Superbowl food ideas:

Often you will find chips, dips, vegetable platters, cold cut platters, chicken wings, and anything you can barbeque at a Superbowl party. Most of the food preparation has to be done before the game actually starts, as most of you know once the game starts its time to sit around watching football and drinking beer. Once you’ve prepared the food, it’s a good idea to set out trays and bowls so that guests can eat at their leisure.

Do you know how far the apple in your kitchen traveled before you picked it up at the grocery store? According to the Leopold Center for Sustainable Agriculture, apples in American grocery stores typically travel 1,726 miles before reaching your kitchen!

Just think about the fuel needed to transport produce like this across the country or across borders. Also think about the pollution generated by the vehicles carrying this produce. An apple a day may keep the doctor away but the fumes accompanying it will definitely hurt us!

Will people support the real need for a national health care plan that would cover all people ? A national health care plan would remove the need for medicare. Medicare is already trillions of dollars in debt and growing. I believe that there is a national health care plan for all people that need to be covered by it. I think this plan would take care of our elderly people that have no health care to cover them. Supporting a health care program like this would save hundred of billions of dollars in the long run. A national health care would cover all people that are already covered by medicare and people who need health care. One national health care plan to cover every person who needs to be covered by a national health care plan. I believe that one plan to cover all medical needs for the elderly and people who do not have health care. I believe that it would be easier to make sure this plan only gets used by people who really need a health care but can not afford it.
