Childhood obesity is becoming an epidemic in developing countries. Children in countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia are getting fatter and fatter each generation. Why is this happening? It’s simple. The culture in these countries are promoting a sedentary life style that discourages the young from exercising.

The cultures in these western, developed countries places more emphasis on sitting in front of the computer and watching television more than exercising. Children are coming home from school and spending their spare time playing video games or watching television shows when they should be out playing sports. I’ve had it! After 19 years in the business, I’m tired of the lies, the misrepresentations, half-truths and down-right mean people. “Life is too short!” No, I’m not simply talking about the clients and potential clients who have assured me of their “clean driving record” or the “I’ve never had an accident” claims.

The distortions come directly from my industry as well: Credit-scoring has been a fiasco that very few companies will discuss. Insurance companies have been sold a bill of goods by third-party credit agencies, and bought the fish store, hook-link-and sinker. Many companies are more concerned about the bottom line than their clients. Fortunately for all of us, the trend for using credit scoring is slowly eroding - it’s costing the companies a ton of money - and they’re not seeing the profit results they were promised.

Everywhere doctors are realizing the importance of vitamins in the human diet. Many are now recommending we supplement our diets with vitamins. The side affects of medicines far outweigh the benefits. They are now realizing there must be some basic foundational health support. Though many do not have FDA approval, it is obvious vitamins do have their benefits.
Many of us give up at the first sign of illness. We automatically accept our conditions as they are.Giving up releases us from the entitlements of a good and healthy life.

Most every office or workplace you enter will be lit by fluorescent lights because they give the most light for the buck. Unfortunately they are the cool white color which has a lot of excess yellow color in it and hardy any blue color. Blue color controls your eyes pupils if there is not enough blue in the light your pupils stay wide open and let in too much light. If the workplace had full spectrum fluorescent lights with all colors available your pupil would close up and only let in the light that your eyes needed.
