Then when you are actually writing the article, you want to be sure to include the keyword multiple times throughout the article. Rule of thumb, I would say to include the keyword once for every 75-100 words. This will ensure the article is keyword rich and that is optimized for the keyword you are targeting.

The resource box is the place where you can give a little information about yourself and anything else that you feel is relevant. This is where you will leave a link(s) directing people back to your site or wherever it is that you desire to send them. Whatever you choose to write in your resource box should be engaging and induce someone to want to click on the link and be delivered on to your site. Realize that the entire purpose of writing the article was to be able to put that link out there and draw somebody who was searching the keyword which your article was optimized for to read through it and then click through on the link.

Articles do not just write themselves so it will take a little bit of work and commitment on your end in order to experience results.
